FITNESS SERVICES
The class descriptions below enable the participants to get a good idea of the kind of workout to expect in a class, but a thing to remember is that each instructor has his/her unique style. The same class taught by different instructors might be different.
The best way to find one you are comfortable is to try them out! All of the instructors would be glad to assist participants with questions they might have either before or after their classes. Being on time to classes is appreciated as most instructors tend to go over safety cues and explain complicated moves at the beginning of each session.

be one of the most powerful free weight lifting routines and weight training programs we have seen in a long time! Powerlifting training routines combined with circuit training routines for ultimate muscle growth! Monday is chest and back, Tuesday is legs, Wednesday is arms and shoulders, Thursday is a make up day, you can tell the trainer what you've missed and make that routine up to fill in your week. Friday is full body Mass.
This workout program is designed to help you put on more muscle, and have you growing without plateau. We will explain what this workout routine program is, how to do it, why it works, and then we'll show you what this free bodybuilding routine will look like.
This mass building, strength building workout routine can be used by the hard gainer, someone wanting to add some more muscle definition and mass, or just someone wanting to get through a plateau and start seeing some new gains again.
This workout routine can be used by the endomorph body type, the ectomorph body type, or the mesomorph body type. The program has several stages, and will help anyone build muscle because of the way it helps to stimulate new muscle growth by hitting each and every muscle fiber, fast and slow muscle fibers.
BOOT CAMP
An intense bootcamp style class incorporating high and low movements, plyometrics, and elements from the Navy Seal training program perfect for moderate to advanced fitness levels. Prepare to sweat and push yourself to the next level!
A fitness boot camp is type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.
During the 4-8 week class, you'll probably get up early to run sprints, perform lots of push ups and various forms of plyometricand interval training with little rest between exercises. These fitness classes have grown in popularity over the years primarily because they offer a new way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout.
They definitely aren't for every exerciser, but with the right instructor, these fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. This class is similar to TIGHT but usually involves the beach (weather permitting) and uses group skill building or team efforts.
POWER VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Vinyasa is literally translated from Sanskrit as meaning "connection," according to Ellen Stansell, PhD, RYT, a scholar of yogic literature and Sanskrit. In terms of yoga asana, we can interpret this as a connection between movement and breath.
