STRENGTH TRAINING FOR THE NEXT GENERATION

PARENTS FAQ

TitanUp Youth is a structured, coach-led strength training program designed to teach young athletes how to train properly. It is built around safety, discipline and progressive development. This is not open play or random conditioning. This is the TitanUp system — delivered safely and age-appropriately.

Youth workouts will follow the same structure and training principles as our adult program, with modifications appropriate for developing athletes and strict coaching standards. Athletes will train in small pods using structured rotations and supervised resistance equipment.

Each session includes:
• A targeted warm-up focused on movement quality
• Detailed instruction and movement correction
• Age-appropriate strength training built on controlled execution and proper rest
• A purposeful finisher including core, conditioning and accessory work

At TitanUp, safety and form are non-negotiable. Weight increases only when form is mastered. We teach kids how to lift with proper mechanics, build strength progressively, train with discipline, and develop confidence under load.

TitanUp Youth is recommended for athletes ages 10 and up who wish to build strength, confidence and discipline. No previous strength training or athletic experience is required.

Because we work in a structured, equipment-based environment, athletes must demonstrate the maturity and attention required for safe group training. For this reason, the first session is also an evaluation session. Our coaches will assess instruction-following, coordination, spatial awareness, and overall readiness for the pod system. Participation is contingent upon coach approval.

If an athlete is not yet ready for our program, families may choose to wait until the child is older or pursue 1:1 coaching to build readiness. If TitanUp discontinues participation following the evaluation session for safety reasons, program fees beyond the initial session will be refunded on a prorated basis at TitanUp’s discretion.

We prioritize safety over enrollment numbers. Always.

If you’re unsure whether your child is ready, message us — we’re happy to provide guidance.

Research consistently shows that properly supervised strength training improves bone density and joint stability; reduces injury risk; builds coordination, body awareness and athleticism; and increases confidence and discipline.

The strength, stability, and movement quality developed here form the foundation for lifelong health and carry over to every sport and physical activity. Titans learn how to train — not just how to sweat.

Strong athletes are durable athletes. Strong bodies support strong minds. We do not chase exhaustion. We teach kids how to train for life.
