Every TitanUp session sits inside a larger plan. Rep ranges, exercise selection, and weekly volume are chosen on purpose. Watch how the pieces connect so the work you put in this week feeds the strength or physique goal you set at the start of the block.
Progressive overload is the non-negotiable of long term progress. Adding a rep, adding a pound, or moving cleaner than last time is what tells the body to change.
