Coached, not supervised
Every rep gets eyes on it
Athletes train in small pods with a coach in the pod. Weight only goes up when form is dialed in, and every set is queued, cued, and reviewed. This is the same standard we hold our adult members to, scaled for developing bodies.

Register for the next block
Each session block runs about four weeks. Spots are limited to keep the coach-to-athlete ratio tight. Registration and payment happen on our dedicated youth signup site.
Session 2
Four Tuesdays and Four Thursdays
- Tue 4:30pm to 5:30pm

First come, first served
Spots fill quickly. Register as soon as the block opens to lock in a seat.
Full session block
Registration covers the entire session block. We do not prorate for missed weeks.
Attendance matters
Consistency drives progress. Athletes should plan to attend every scheduled day.

What parents ask most
Mindbody Account Setup
Set up your athlete's profile
Every athlete needs a Mindbody profile linked to a parent or guardian before their first session. Choose whichever option is easier for your family.
Register on the youth site
Head to our youth signup site and complete registration. The system will create your Mindbody profile automatically and walk you through the waiver.
Create the profile first
Already know Mindbody? Log in or create a TitanUp Fitness profile ahead of time, then come back and register for a session block.
