How Heavy Should You Lift?

Alright. This is something that will help you guys always be successful. As a fitness enthusiast, for somebody chasing fitness goals with strength training. For example, the number being asked is ten. If I want to be successful and I want to continue to stay safe and make progress with a sustainable approach. Lifting heavy enough weight and challenging enough weight that I can’t exceed what’s being asked. In this case ten. So maybe 11-12 would probably be extremely difficult and at 13 your form would break. Falling apart, wiggling all over plates, falling off. So that’s heavy enough that you struggle but light enough to wear form doesn’t break.
